John attended Roth High School in Ohio and worked at General Motors for 33 1/2 years. John and Peggy his wife have 3 children, Richard W. Deak, PM, Rodney L. Deak, PM and Gina (Deak) Reser. John also has 8 Grand Children and 1 Great Grandchild.
W.B. Deak has served in every station in the lodge including serving as Worshipful Master twice 2009 – 2012. He currently serves as Junior Warden.
John is also a member of the Valley of Dayton AASR, Antioch Shrine, Royal Arch Masons Chapter 24, Sharon Chapter O.E.S. where he has served as Worthy Patron 2011, 2013, 2016 and has been a Phillipsburg Firefighter for 31 years.
John and his wife Peggy reside in Phillipsburg, Ohio.
