RWB Edsell M. Howard was born in Harlan County Kentucky in 1951. Was employed at Duriron/GE Aerospace for 49 Years.
RWB Howard married his wife Cynthia on August 23, 1970. Edsell and Cindy have two children, Tracie and Jessica, and have Seven grandchildren.
RWB Howard has worked his way through the officer line and has been Worshipful Master of West Milton Lodge three times.
RWB Howard is also a member of the following Masonic organizations: Valley of Dayton A.A.S.R. Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction. Coleman Commandery No. 17, Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio and Irish Council.
