R.W.B. Howard was born in Dayton, Ohio, and attended school in Xenia, Ohio, attended Wright State University.
Mark joined the Masonic fraternity as an Entered Apprentice in March 1985. Fellow Craft degree in April 1985 . and his Master Mason degree in June 1985.
Mark is employed by Edward Jones Investments for 19 years and currently has an office in Eaton, Ohio.
